Commercial equipment doesn't always arrive in a small parcel.

Depending on the product, orders may ship by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight carriers such as FedEx Freight, Old Dominion Freight Line, and XPO Logistics, as well as other qualified carriers when appropriate.

For large or palletized equipment, we help coordinate the applicable shipping or freight process and provide available tracking, PRO number, or Bill of Lading information.

We also provide clear guidance for receiving and inspecting freight shipments so you're better prepared when your equipment arrives.

Manufacturer Warranty Assistance

Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer, brand, product, and model.

Many products sold through WorkBay Depot include manufacturer warranty coverage. When a manufacturer's warranty applies, we can help identify applicable warranty information and assist with the warranty process when appropriate.

We don't make blanket warranty promises that may not apply to your particular equipment. If warranty coverage is important to your purchasing decision, contact us before ordering and we'll help confirm the applicable terms.
